Always kept up to date as to any coming appointments my mental health worker is great down to earth empathetic and shows that she cares about mine and other prisoners welfare by the way she conducts herself.
Suggested improvements
Maybe more general mental health talks/forums etc. Keep in close contact with patients listen to their needs more, for those who suffer mentally whether is be depression, anxiety promote more health related courses, work etc.
